The product thanks to the content of withanolides, i.e. the main active compounds found in the ashwagandha root. Withanolides are responsible, among others, for improving cognitive abilities, i.e. memory and focus. Gamma-aminobutyric acid acts as a neurotransmitter, improving the flow of nerve impulses, thus reducing the feeling of anxiety and fear, leading to maintaining mental comfort. Magnesium takes care of the immune, nervous and muscular systems, magnesium deficiency contributes to insomnia, irritability and anxiety. Inositol is a substance naturally occurring in the brain, reducing the risk of depression, additionally lowering the pressure caused by stress.
